Making mental well-being effortless & engaging
Reimagined 1to1Help, a mental well-being platform for professionals, making support more accessible, engaging, and habit-forming. Using UX research, behavioral analysis, and design thinking, we streamlined existing journeys and introduced new ones to drive proactive mental health management, fostering long-term well-being habits and higher user engagement.
Usability testing for BHIM UPI
Conducted UX research and usability testing across five cities to refine BHIM’s payment experience for Tier 2 & 3 users. Through 43 in-depth sessions, we uncovered key user preferences, validating light, dark, and minimal UI prototypes. Insights from this study shaped design improvements, making BHIM more intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.
